Known problems

  • Current: Activation problems with the LANCOM Advanced VPN Client [12/29/2008]
    A mistake in the production process has caused a number of VPN Clients to be shipped with an incorrect combination of serial number and license key. If you are having problems with the activation of your VPN Client, please contact our Support department.

    Important! Please include your license key in your e-mail. We will send you the associated serial number as soon as possible. For internal purposes of process identification, please also enter the reference number 0812.2912.5859.AFRI into the subject line of your e-mail: support@lancom.de or the Support Hotline
