The LANCOM Configuration Service provides you with technical support that goes far beyond simple support requests—we offer direct access to the technical know-how and practical experience available from LANCOM Premium Support. Based on specific problem definitions, experts conceptualize and configure solutions with LANCOM products.

LANCOM Config Service Remote

You can benefit from extended preferential access to the technical know-how at LANCOM Systems.

 

  • Thematically specialized 2nd-level support (Network Connectivity / Wireless LAN) by appointment
  • Conceptualization of solution scenarios
  • Creation of configurations and remote support
  • Cost per request: 1 LANCOM Service ticket (maximum duration: 45 minutes)
  • Language: English

Prices

Use of the LANCOM Config Service is based on a ticket system. One ticket is charged per query/problem (up to a maximum duration of 45 minutes). Tickets are valid for 2 years.

Write one of the ticket numbers from your ticket document into the subject line of your mail and send it to configservice@lancom.de.

 

By telephone:

LANCOM Config Service Inhouse

You need a specialist to set up your network directly on site? Then the LANCOM Config Service Inhouse is for you.

 

  • Consulting and on-site configuration of networks by appointment
  • Cost per assignment: On request

Config Service is available Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm (CET).
