Config Service
LANCOM Config Service is an additional and new premium support service.
This premium support offers customers extended and preferential access to the technical know-how at LANCOM Systems.
What does Config Service offer?
A Config Service Ticket gives you a ticket number for the following services:
- Direct calling with call back
- Conceptualization of solution scenarios
- Creation of configurations and remote support
Pricing
One ticket is charged per question / problem and per hour commenced.
A ticket is vaild for 2 years. LANCOM offers four types of Config Service Tickets:
- Single ticket: EUR 90.00 plus VAT
- Block of 5 tickets: EUR 390.00 plus VAT
- Block of 10 tickets: EUR 750.00 plus VAT
- Block of 100 tickets: EUR 6.300.00 plus VAT

Write one of the ticket numbers from your ticket document into the subject line of your mail and send it to configservice@lancom.de.

At what times of day is Config Service available?
LANCOM Config Service is available Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm (CET).
How do I buy a ticket?
Config Service Tickets are available directly from LANCOM via the order form.
Once ordered, ticket numbers are sent to you with the invoice via post.
