Notice on the RMA process concerning products with the LANCOM service option:
In the case of hardware defects with LANCOM routers, access points and WLAN Controllers with an activated Service Option, we guarantee the advance replacement with an identical device within one working day. Please enter the license number of the service option in the intended field to ensure that your case is processed immediately. Alternatively, RMA registrations with the Service Option can be made via the telephone number +49 (0)2405 49936-219 for immediate availability and call-back. In any case, please have the license number of the Service Option at hand. You will find this on your proof of license.
