Trace-IPv6-Format

This switch defines the format in which IPv6 addresses are displayed in Ethernet, WLAN data, and similar traces. RFC 1884 describes the commonly used notation with up to 32 hexadecimal digits. RFC 1924 defines an alternative, more compact representation using Base85 encoding, which is, however, less readable.
