When looking at the technical details, it is important to consider the end from which call forwarding is initiated. "Local" users are all SIP, ISDN or analog users who can be reached by the R&S®NC VoIP router in their own LAN. "External" users are those accessible via a line (SIP account, SIP trunk, SIP PBX, ISDN or analog).
