New edition of the techconsult major user survey
Professional User Rating 2019: LANCOM Systems is “VPN Champion” for the third time in a row
Aachen, March 4, 2019 – In the latest user survey “Professional User Rating (PUR)” from analysts techconsult, the German supplier of network infrastructure LANCOM Systems has secured the title of “Champion” for the third consecutive year. For its Virtual Private Network (VPN) solutions, LANCOM achieved top marks in company satisfaction, innovation, likelihood of recommendation and sustainability.
The research and analysis company techconsult conducted over 2,000 user interviews evaluating 6 different solution types. The overall result in “VPN solutions” is made up from 14 categories with a total of 60 individual criteria. The multi-vendor survey considers all major providers of security solutions active in Germany.
With the renewed ranking as “Champion”, LANCOM has continued to build on the outstanding results of the previous years by obtaining top marks in both the company and solution ratings. No other provider shows comparable continuity at the highest level.
In company satisfaction, LANCOM once again took a very clear lead, achieving outstanding results in the individual criteria likelihood of recommendation, repeat purchase and keeping promises. Distinguished the year before with a top placement in sustainability for the very first time, LANCOM has maintained its leading position in corporate social responsibility (CSR) in addition to this, and continued to outpace the field in the individual criteria social commitment and corporate culture. LANCOM also achieved top ratings in the individual criteria innovative products (innovation) and expertise of service employees (service & support).
The user interviews contributing to the “Professional User Rating” 2019 took place in September and October 2018.
