Important note on current delivery conditions

Due to the current corona virus situation, the logistics service provider DHL has special delivery terms for deliveries abroad, so that RMA processing in restricted areas (e.g. certain postcode areas in Italy, France etc.) can no longer take place!

 

An RMA registration at LANCOM Systems is still possible, but no replacement device will be delivered if this is not possible via the logistics service provider.

You have booked an advance exchange?

Please contact us by telephone for defective devices with LANCOM Warranty Advanced Option or with LANCOM Service Pack 24/7:

+49 (0) 2405 499 36 - 210. The LANCOM service hotline is available Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm CET (except local holidays Würselen, Germany).

(Please have the serial number of your device as well as the license number of your option ready.)

Online Repair Request (RMA)

Send us your defective device for repair or replacement - within the warranty and beyond. Use our RMA online form for warranty processing.

 

If you would like to register an RMA for LANCOM Wireless ePaper Displays as well as LANCOM AirLancer products or LANCOM accessories, please contact the LANCOM Service Team by e-mail at services@lancom.de. Please send us the serial number (s) of the devices, an error description and the proof of purchase.

At the following days we are not able to execute any shipments:
Fixed German holidays: 01.01. New Year, 01.05. Labor Day, 03.10. German Unification Day, 01.11. All Hallows‘ Day, 24.12. Christmas Eve, 25.12. Christmas Day, 26.12. Day after Christmas, 31.12. New Years Eve
Variable German holidays: Carnival Monday, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Ascension Day, Whit Monday, Corpus Christi

Option transfer

For any warranty case, any service and software options that are registered for the affected device will, upon request, be transferred free of charge to the replacement device shipped by the service provider under the terms of the RMA.

 

If service and software options should be transferred to another device (e.g. device swap), the transfer of the options is subject to a charge.

 

Requirements:

  • The device equipped with the options that are to be transferred must be subject to warranty or
  • The option(s) to be transferred were registered at most three years before the request date.

Processing:

  • Option transfers that are subject to charge should be requested in writing from services@lancom.de. Please use our order form.
  • LANCOM Systems creates an RMA for you to send the original device to our service provider, aixtema GmbH.
  • Once we receive the device, we will perform the option(s) transfer and you will receive activation codes for the new device.
