LMC Add-In Scripting

Introduction

This document describes the LMC Add-Ins and the use of LMC Add-In Scripts. The Add-Ins are a way of manipulating the configuration data of a device, or executing specific commands on a device after the configuration data has been applied.

The use case of these is to get fine grained control of the configuration, especially for customized customer scenarios not covered by the existing SD-WAN, SD-LAN, SD-WLAN and SD-Security concepts.

Additionally, this handbook contains a collection of useful LMC-Add-Ins, in the following categories:

• Basics: simple examples, to help with the basics
• Advanced: more complex examples

Also, there are example scripts touching further topics such as WAN, WLAN, etc.
