The terraXaler expands the LANCOM IT Security Ecosystem with a hyperconverged, highly available IT infrastructure solution. It consists of two nodes equipped with computing power, network, and storage. It is delivered pre-installed and forms a stable basis for operating virtual machines – efficient, scalable, and designed for high availability. This infrastructure solution can be expanded with additional node pairs as a new failure domain.

terraXaler

The terraXaler consists of two nodes that work together in an HA cluster at the storage, network, and computer levels. Data is written synchronously to both nodes in the storage and thus kept redundant; access is active/active. If one side fails, VMs can continue to work and access the data on the other side. In the event of a complete node failure, the VMs on the remaining side are restarted within a short time. The solution can also be expanded as needed (expansion in node steps/model combination) and is delivered as a tested, pre-installed infrastructure solution, including network planning and switches on request.
