The Summit officially kicked off on May 19, when participants gathered for a barbecue at the "Alte Meierei" to set the tone for the upcoming event. The conference itself opened on May 20 at the ABION Spreebogen Hotel with remarks by LANCOM founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Ralf Koenzen. LANCOM Managing Directors Constantin von Reden and Robert Mallinson updated guests on current market developments and presented an outlook on the company's strategy and organizational direction. The Summit featured exclusive updates on the Public, Corporate, and Critical Infrastructure (KRITIS) business areas, as well as the product roadmap. Digital sovereignty once again remained a central topic in 2026.

Guest speakers Jörg Bienert, Deputy Managing Director of the German AI Association, and Johannes Steger, Managing Director & Head of Digital Crisis Management at the strategic consultancy firm fgs global, inspired the audience with their perspectives. Jörg Bienert addressed the topic "The AI Revolution: Digital Sovereignty and Cybersecurity". Johannes Steger spoke on "Germany in an emergency – What happens if we are attacked?".

The second day was entirely dedicated to technical specialists and IT professionals, with workshops and deep dives on key LANCOM solutions. The focus was on secure branch office and campus networking, the LANCOM Management Cloud (LMC), as well as firewalls and cybersecurity.
