The Professional User Rating IT Operations 2026 (PUR IT-Ops) is an independent user survey conducted by the research and analyst firm techconsult. From October to November 2025, around 3,400 companies rated enterprise IT solutions and their vendors in various categories, including Network Management & Monitoring. The German network infrastructure and security manufacturer LANCOM Systems has continued its streak of success this year, securing the leading position as best vendor in network management & monitoring for the 7th time in a row.
Solution rating: LANCOM Management Cloud scores highly for user-friendliness
At the solution level, the LANCOM Management Cloud (LMC) achieved an excellent overall rating. Users particularly praised the LMC’s ease of use, voting it into first place. In particular, the ease of implementation and installation, as well as the intuitive usability of the user interface, proved highly impressive. In addition, LANCOM achieved the highest ratings for product loyalty and purchase recommendation. The LMC fully meets users’ expectations, and they would recommend it without reservation. This places LANCOM at the top of the list, achieving the highest user satisfaction score in the rating.
Vendor rating: LANCOM excels in trustworthiness and customer focus
LANCOM Systems also performed strongly at the provider level, securing the top spot among all vendors. In addition to trustworthiness, the company’s handling of data security and protection was a key factor in securing this top position. In the sales partners category, LANCOM clearly stands out from the competition: users praised the personalized quotations and the strong on-site presence assured by a broad partner network. In terms of information provision, LANCOM also achieved a score well above average, thanks to its comprehensive knowledge base and FAQ platform. LANCOM also secured first place in the category of consulting and training services, with the consulting function of its online presence standing out clearly.
