Würselen, 27 March 2023—In techconsult's Professional User Rating 2023, LANCOM Systems overcame the competition in the category Network Management & Monitoring to secure the top place in the result diamond for the fourth time in a row. Both the LANCOM Management Cloud (LMC) solution and the manufacturer themselves convinced users across the board and received excellent ratings.
Once a year, the “Professional User Rating: IT Operations” survey by the research and analyst firm techconsult calls upon user companies to evaluate the IT solutions they operate, including their solutions for network management and monitoring. Based on ratings by a total of 3,000 users, 25 market-relevant providers made it into the result diamond this time. In 2023 and for the fourth time in a row, LANCOM secured the top placing. With excellent overall ratings in the Solution and Manufacturer categories, users rate the LANCOM Management Cloud as the best solution and they would recommend it at any time.
LMC scores in IT security
Above all, expert users appreciate the benefits that the LANCOM Management Cloud solution delivers for their company. They emphasized the improvements to their company's own IT security and the cut in the reaction times in the case of reported incidents. Also rated very positively were the performance, reliability, flexibility, and scalability of the LMC.
Top marks as manufacturer
Furthermore, LANCOM is perceived to be an excellent manufacturer and is the only manufacturer to achieve a rating of over 70 points. LANCOM also achieved the best result in the sub-categories Consulting and Training Services as well as Price and Purchasing Models. Among other things, respondents emphasized the relevance of the example applications as well as the scope and quality of the training courses. Also rated very positively are the price-performance ratio and the availability of the LMC as a private or public cloud. Overall, LANCOM is able to satisfy its customers to the highest degree.
For Ralf Koenzen, founder and managing director of LANCOM Systems, the top ranking is once again a confirmation: “A variety of network solutions on the market advertise with cloud management.
